Olive Poppleton is a comedian, writer and performer. She does Stand-Up and also is part of a sketch and character comedy group, Chaos Theory.

Olive was brought up in a bucket of compost and manure. But managed to fight her way out of a tangle of bind weeds and spider webs to take refuge in a garden shed. There, cohabiting with mosquitos and moths, she spent her forgotten years in a herb induced haze until she was spotted by director Stephen Dinsdale. Since that fortunate meeting, Olive’s career has gone from strength to strength.

Olive’s impressive resume includes an MA in Mucking About and the ability to turn into an old man, wide-boy, farmer, twat, posh-git, pervert and pirate at the drop of a hat. Her dream is to present gardeners world. Favourite fruit – plum.
